I’ve had Nova CRM since the earlier version, and while I honestly don’t see a big difference in features compared to before, the support team is absolutely outstanding.
From building my landing page to personally walking me through the entire system, the Nova CRM team has been incredibly hands-on, responsive, and knowledgeable. Whenever I call, someone is there right away—no long waits, no endless email chains—just prompt, friendly, and effective help.
While I remain a bit hesitant about the new $49 monthly fee, as I haven’t noticed significant changes from the previous service, the exceptional support and communication truly stand out and continue to provide real value. Big thumbs-up to the entire Nova CRM support staff for making the experience smooth and stress-free.
Highly recommend for anyone who values exceptional customer service and a team that truly cares about their clients.
