Yes. $99/month is the entire bill. No setup fee for the mobile app. No setup fee for the IDX website. No separate CRM subscription. AI Lead Nurturing is included at full capacity. The only additional costs are third-party messaging pass-throughs (SMS/email at cost) if you send very high volumes.
